R&D MANAGER (Feed)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in feed industry who is looking for high qualified candidate for R&D Manager position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• job description

- Provide specification (Physical and analytical) for each raw material for purchasing, intake and analysis.

- Find and research new RMs and additive to improved feed quality and least cost formulation.

- To develop and improve formula specification and ingredient evaluate at least cost formulation.

- Undertake formulations necessary: RM stock and quality problem, issue problem in farm related with nutrition.

- To develop new feed product and improve animal performance to pertaining with market.

- To create the product for new feed brand.

- Technical training for marketing.

Experience / Skills in detail

- Bachelor: Aquaculture, Fisheries.

- Familiarity with research techniques, field technical servicing and tropical agriculture system is an advantage

- At least 2-3 years experiences make formula of feed.

- Understand deeply about materials, producing and quality system

- Problem solving and communication skill are required

- Advance computer and data analysis skills are helpful

- English communication
