ROTalent Headhunt's Client is an Organization that specializes in NGO - Environment field who is looking for PROJECT DIRECTOR high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
• Report to: CEO and BOD
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Interview: 2 rounds

Main Purposes of the job

• Lead, coordinate and complete multi-functional operational pilot projects of circular economy on selected packaging & geographies.
• Coordinate the Operations Committees activities and ensure linkage with Company.

KPI

• Projects completed on time, in full and within assigned budgets
• Number of actors involved & quantity (tons) of packaging recovered/recycled

Key Tasks

• Contribute to the definition of project scope & objectives, involve all stakeholders
• Lead project: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, assign and coordinate internal and third parties’ resources, control budgets and ensure flawless execution
• Measure project performance, monitor and report progress to Operations Committee
• Monitor & analyze data to actively generate feedback and recon for improvements
• Supervise suppliers for quotations, mock-ups and materials
• Source in-kind &/or monetary contributions to scale up projects

Work Experiences

• Consolidated experience (can work in autonomy) in project management
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking

Leadership Competencies

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, start-up mindset. Communication and influence skills

Personal profile

• University degree.
• Preferably Vietnamese, fluent in English.
