Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistic industry who is looking for PROJECT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Project Business Development role is to lead with assistance for the supporting team the development of projects within the Vietnamese and regional markets. This includes critical scopes of new project identification and development as well as expanding scopes in existing customers. The role will require building project and shipment quotes and developing operational plans.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESULT AREAS

HSE

• Monitoring and supervising the health and safety performance within their area of responsibility.
• Demonstrating commitment to health and safety through formal participation in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Planning, workplace inspections, pre- purchase evaluations etc. and informally through work site visits and discussions with staff.
• Participating in Health & Safety Committees.
• Ensuring safety is an agenda item for all meetings.

Commercial

• Identify new project opportunities and contacts.
• Work with existing customers to increase and vary scope to improve relationship and revenue.
• Identify new potential subcontractors. 
• Assist to build project bids and tenders.
• Work with the accounts department to ensure understanding of project invoicing.
• Manage quotes from outsourced partners and make sure they are competitive and complete.

Operations

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers and staff.
• Work with the operations team so the scope of work and requirements are clearly communicated.
• Manages and ensures that all subcontractors engaged on successful projects follow the same principles and deliver quality service.

KPIs

• Revenue KPIs will be agreed and tracked for achievement bonuses.
• Quality of customer relations at all levels.
• Business improvements made to existing businesses.
• Development of new business against agreed budgets.

• Strong existing track record for the development of new sales in project logistics.
• People management skills.
• Clear English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to maintain sound customer relations.
• Financial management including budget preparation.
• Team player.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Project management methodologies and processes.
• Engineering capabilities for transport operations.
• Able to work potential new customers, providing sensible operations and commercial solutions.

• Salary:  Negotiable
