PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Furniture industry and is looking for a PRODUCTION DIRECTOR high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong
• Salary: $3500 - $5000 (Gross)

MAIN DUTIES:

• Manage the entire operational process of the furniture production process. 
• Allocate tasks and manage the production process of furniture goods.
• Organize and implement production, ensuring productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness. 
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all production activities to meet the company's objectives and customer requirements.
• Optimize production efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory, materials used in production and goods.
• Plan and supervise the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Instruct and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process.
• Take responsibility for personnel management at the factory, including adherence to company policies, labor management, asset management, production management, and workshop cleanliness. 
• Establish and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Implement quality assurance programs to identify and rectify production errors, ensuring consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to furniture production.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
• Collaborating with design team to develop new designs and products.
• Provide reports on production status.
• Be accountable to the Board of Directors for production activities at the factory.
• Other tasks will be assigned by BOD.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the managing wood industry production in foreign companies
• Extensive knowledge of furniture production processes (materials, supplies, structures, painting process…). 
• Understanding the detailed structure of whitewood and Finishing color
  
• Must understand 60 types of Veneer, MDF Board, Technical characteristics of each type of wood, component
  
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

• Salary: $3000 - $5000.
• Shuttle bus.
