PRODUCT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for Product Management Specialist high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: HCM
• Working time: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND

MAIN DUTIES

1. Product Planning and Implementation

• Collaborate with relevant departments based on customer needs to develop or optimize logistics products that align with market demand.

• Design product features and work with technical and operations teams to drive product launches.

2. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

• Collect and analyze market trends and competitor product information to provide data support for product optimization.

• Continuously monitor industry trends to uncover business opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

3. Product Optimization and Improvement

• Regularly analyze product data to identify and resolve issues arising during product usage.

• Propose suggestions for product feature optimizations or upgrades to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, IT/Tech, and other teams to ensure smooth product implementation.

• Establish and optimize product implementation workflows to improve resource synergy and efficiency.

5. Sales Support and Feedback Management

• Maintain communication with the sales team, gather customer feedback, and translate it into actionable product optimization proposals.

• Provide product training and usage support for internal teams and external clients.

6. Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation

• Monitor product operational data and key metrics, such as revenue, costs, operational lead times, etc.

• Evaluate product performance and propose continuous improvement plans.

7. Documentation and Training

• Draft product manuals, operational procedures, and training materials to help internal teams and clients better understand and utilize the product.

• Partner with the Marketing team to formulate product promotion strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Transportation, or related fields.

• 2–3 years of work experience in logistics, transportation, or product development.

• Fluent in Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

• Basic English communication skills.

• Proficient in data analysis and standard office software applications.

• Strong logical thinking, innovative mindset, and excellent communication skills.
