Product - Furniture Design Team Leader

ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in Furniture industry who are looking for high qualified candidate for DESIGN TEAM LEADER position at the moment.

- Working Location: HCMC

- Report to: Managing Director

- Manage: 3 - 5 staff

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Lead designer group to do their main work.

- Trending design, international furniture research and develop furniture concepts & home furniture follow contemporary style that match with house and city in Vietnam.

- Create concepts design classic suitable for each different group of customer and lead the design center and design application of company. Have the adaption for those typical concept into new launch apartment project in Vietnam.

- Based on concept to choose materials, color and actual product to put in the list of materials and products.

- In charge of displaying products at Company Store and Experience Center.

- Develop Furniture collection through self-design and choosing from other producer.

- Work with marketing and sales department to develop advise tool and material concept documents for brand, products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Passionate with furniture design and contemporary style.

- How strong point about concept and knowledge about materials and colors.

- Understand about contemporary design trending and contemporary furniture brands.

- Good English.
