PRICING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for Pricing & Customer Service Staff high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: HCM, HN
  
• Working time: 8:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
  
• Salary: 15-20mil/month
  
• Headcounts: 1HN; 2HCM

MAIN DUTIES:

• Handling customer inquiries & complaints
• RFQ (Tender) Management & on-line bidding if required
• Adhoc quotation handling
• Contract renew
• Acting as a key customer contact for pricing & coordinate with the subsidiaries & external sources/venders for the scheduling & shipping if needed.
• Assist with the subsidiaries & external sources/venders to smoothen the operation if needed.
• Monthly sales (revenue) report preparation

• 2 years working experience in logistics industry with operation background
• Have the experience in sales admin/key account will be highly considered in first
• Knowledge of international trade, transportation & the relevant laws, regulations, process & procedures;
• Proficiency in Mandarin ​(4 skills)
• Complete customer’s inquires timely & accurately
• Provide the high-quality service to the clients & whilst keep the reasonable relationship with them.
