PAINTING PROCESS ENGINEER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Automotive industry and is looking for a PAINTING PROCESS ENGINEER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Dong Nai
• Salary: 25.000.000 VND (Gross)
• Working time: Monday to Saturday ( 2 Saturday off/Month)
• Report to: Technical Manager/BOD

MAIN DUTIES:

• Providing support and suggestion from process perspective during RFQ. 
• Preparing product feasibility study report. 
• Preparing painting process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
• Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from process perspectives.
• Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems. 
• Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer.
•  Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.
•  Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently.

• University level. 
• Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D software. 
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing manual and robot painting process. 
• Working knowledge of APQP, FEMA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired. 
• English 4 skills is required, good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Salary: 25.000.000 VND.
