LOGISTICS MANAGER (OUTSOURCING)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Freight forwarding industry and is looking for Logistics Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Bac Ninh
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Salary: Negotiable

MAIN DUTIES

• Support Air Export operation. Managing LSP (Logistics Service Provider)/ Forwarders operation for company export such as Air Export Operation.
• Control monthly KPI management (ontime shipping, arrival etc)
• Revolves operation issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problems, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution. 
• Contact LSP (Logistics Service Providers)/ Forwarders and related partner to handling company’s cargo.
• Dealing with any issues & irregularities: Take action to solve irregularities (IRRE) case such as recall, holding, cancel DO/BR/SR (Delivery Order/ Booking Request/ Shipping Request), damage and missing cargo.
• Co-operative with colleagues to handle company cargo.
• To prepare Revenue report to Korean Group Leader as and when required
• Required prompt response from customer enquiries.
• Daily, Weekly & monthly report to Management Board
• Other job as and when assigned by Korean Group Leader

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, significant in Logistics, Supply chain, or Business field. 
• At least 10 ~ years of experience in Logistics field 
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills
• Positive attitude, able to handle multi-tasks.
