LED TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in ADVERTISING industry who is looking for LED TECHNICAL SPECIALIST high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: HCMC
• Working day: Mon to Saturday (1/2 Saturday)
• Report to: COO

Main duties:

• Provide product technical support to end-users and sales colleagues.
• Provide product training to customers and internal sales associates
• Troubleshoot lighting product installations and failed products.
• Competitive cross over and product recommendations
• Problem solving; product failure analysis to component level
• Familiar with NEC, UL, general building construction requirements and codes.
• Support with networking wireless lighting installation (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, etc.)
• Handle high call and email volume
• Contributes to the team by accomplishing related activities as needed

• Electronics/electrical certifications or equivalent experience with electrical / electronic systems required; Associate degree in engineering preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience in electrical lighting system installations, preferred OOH industry
• Familiarity with Lighting industry a plus
• Strong computer skills with knowledge in MS Office programs
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast pace environment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of time sensitivity

• Basic Salary: $500 and discuss more detail in the interview
