KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our client – a leading company in the Logistics industry – is looking for a Key Account Manager with the following details:

+ Location: Tan Binh, Ho Chi Minh City

+ Working time: Monday – Friday

+ Non-team management

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain key accounts; build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Understand client needs and provide suitable logistics/supply chain solutions
• Monitor project progress, costs, and issues; proactively resolve and report
• Analyze customer data (cost, volume, profit) and provide periodic business reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport, finance)
• Upsell to existing clients and develop new business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
• Handle quotations, contract negotiation, and periodic review
• Track market trends and competitors to propose strategies

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields
• Minimum 2+ years in Key Account Management or Sales (logistics experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Good command of Chinese OR English.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and willing to travel
