Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Animal Feed Manufacturing industry and is looking for a Human Resources Director highly qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

  • Working locationLong An - Head Office (Company shuttle bus is provided)
  • Salary: 70mil - 80mil VND (Gross) + Other benefits
  • Reporting line: Board of Directors, Head of Business Management Department
  • Team: 5 headcount

JOB PURPOSE

  • Manage HR Team of Headquarters in daily operations to meet the company demand.
  • To ensure that all HR and admin policies implement and comply with current company policy.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and support BUs in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

I. Manage HR Planning, build and develop polices (50%)

  • Plan and implement HR programs/ sessions in accordance with the orientation of the group.
  • Review and build pay band, salary policies align with current business situation of the company.
  • Plan, execute and manage talent assessment programs and succession plans.
  • Build and develop regulations and policies as a basis for human resource management activities.
  • Plan and implement programs to enhance organizational culture.
  • Develop and advise the Board of Directors on issues in terms of human resource strategy, human resource structure, medium and long-term HR development policy.
  • Provide full support to run HR activities smoothly in the whole company.

II. Manage HR Operations (40%)

  • Manage and supervise the C&B operations (labor contract, social insurance, salary, job grade, transfer process, reward, discipline, etc.) of employees of the Head Office.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process in Head Office.
  • Monitor headcount plan and annual recruitment budget of Head Office and BUs.
  • Manage and supervise internal training activities in the company.
  • Manage the operation implementation of HR system (gHR, eHR, etc.) in accordance with the company demand.
  • Manage the operations of Global Mobility Support for Global Assignee.
  • Daily manage and monitor administration tasks in accordance with company policy.

III. Other assigned tasks (10%)

  • HR reports and other duties related to that assigned by Feed & Care and Board of Directors.
  • Update new regulations/ policies/ government regulations for the company's Board of Directors and employees.

Job Requirement

  • Education: B.A. or MBA. Major: HR Management or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 5 years in HR Manager position.

  • Solid knowledge of laws and legal procedures on labor relations, personnel, salary, regimes and policies.
  • Have a strategic vision, strong leadership skills and organizational capacity.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to perform effective communication skills, tact and listening, motivating.
  • Skills in data orientation, analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Hand-on experience in project & change management methodologies.
  • Team oriented and service mind, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Foreign language: English is a must, Korean is a plus.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
