Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for HR DIRECTOR high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

• Work at: Dong Nai
• Salary: 40 - 50mil VND

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Develop, manage and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the Manufacturing Company.

• Collaborate with the executive team and other key stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent management strategies and programs that attract, retain and develop top talent.

• Develop, implement and maintain effective HR policies and procedures that support the organization's values and culture.

• Leader and guiding in all areas of HR, including organization development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

• Build effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, unions, and government agencies.

• Develop and monitor HR metrics, analyze data, and provide reports and recommendations to the executive team on a regular basis.

• Manage the HR budget and ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

• At least 5 years of experienced as same position in manufacturing industry

• Strong in Chinese, other language such as English is preferred

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Have knowledge and skills in human resources management

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective HR plans and programs

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Salary: 40 - 50mil VND
