Assitant Business & Policies
Build HR policies in alignment with the Group and company strategic direction and policies.
Advise Mnagement Board in Organization design, HR strategies, Annual HR budget and workforce planning.
Proactively cooperate with the managers to understand their business needs and find the right candidate to achieve business goals.
Recruitment
Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Implement the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes search, interview, selecting candidates, and preparing compensation proposals for approvals.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee the payroll process ensuring timely submission and approval of payroll data
Develop and implement cost-effective benefits policies based on Group’s policies and market practices
Build and update the commission and incentive scheme business units
Advise and support to employee in learning and training to develop career
Collect and update market data through C&B surveys or valid resources to make sure the organization’s practice is competitive
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and general standards
Manage Payroll, PIT, Health care insurance, Annual Health Check

Employees’ Engagement
Create and develop an organizational culture in line with the Group's orientation.
Organize engagement activities to enhance staff morale and loyalty.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
Assure that managers/ high potential employee are appropriately considered for training and development opportunities. Work collaboratively with the HODs to find/ develop appropriate development programs and opportunities for talents. (e.g. Talent review process, Succession Plan, IDP)
Performance Management
Build the performance management method/ systems to manage the employee performance to match with the business KPI.
Provide coaching and support to managers/ employees of the business to ensure process effectiveness.
Job Requirement
Minimum 8 year-experience in human resources management position, in securities companies is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor laws and understand well of labor market.
Good management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, analytical and negotiation skills.
Very self-confident, precise and well-organized person.
Ability to work under high pressure.

Salary: 50.000.000-70.000.000 VND Gross+ Benefit
