GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (BOOKKEEPING)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Construction industry and is looking for a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (BOOKKEEPING) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Salary: 20.000.000 VND (Net)
• Working time: Monday to Friday (08h00 - 17h00)
• Report to: Manager 

MAIN DUTIES:

• Bookkeeping with Excel work sheet and accounting software (xero), e.g. QuickBooks Online.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Monthly bank reconciliations.

• GST and PST Return Calculation.

• Performing clerical/administrative functions such as data entry and support.

• Generate transactions in the accounting system as directed.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Year-End adjustment and reclassifying entries.

• Preparing Financial Statements.

• Keep track of daily work performance and record time sheet at the end of each working day.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting.

• Have 1 - 5 years of working experience in accounting field.

• English 4 skills is required, good communication skills and ability to work with foreigner.

• Understanding and experience in using Xero software.  

• Excellent time management.

• Critical thinker.

• Detailed orientated with excellent decision-making and communication skills.

• Salary: 20.000.000 VND.
