GENERAL ACCOUNTANT (ADVERTISING)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in ADVERTISING industry who is looking for GENERAL ACCOUNTANT high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: HCMC
• Working day: Mon to Saturday (1/2 Saturday)
• Report to: COO

OBJECTIVES

• As a General Accountant, you will be tasked with managing account entries, monthly/quarterly and yearly financial reports.
• Supervise AR and AP and responsible for monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Review all payments before submit to CFO.
• Ensure all expenses are recorded/allocated matches with each kind of revenue.
• Follow up short term, long term repayment and fix assets depreciation.
• Review all balance sheet accounts before monthly closing books
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly and yearly P&L, B/S….
• Review tax reports: VAT, CIT, WHT…
• Familiar with working with tax officer and auditor
• Work as part of the accounting department to keep finances running smoothly
• Display excellent time management and problems solving skills

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Nice-to-have solid experience in VAS and IFRS
• 3-5 years of experience experiences working in General Accountant position, refer to have experience in Advertising industry
• Advanced in accounting software, MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Good team works with excellent communication and coordination skills

• Salary: 25.000.000 gross & Negotiable
