FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS LEADER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Leader highly qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: HCM City 
• Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning
  

1. Main Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and operational targets.

• Closely monitor budget performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to drive improvements.

Business Performance Analysis

• Analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability across key business units (e.g., hubs, delivery network, line-haul operations).

• Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and overall financial performance.

Cost Control & Optimization

• Monitor and manage key cost drivers, including transportation, labor, and warehouse operations.

• Proactively identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement, and drive implementation.

Management Reporting

• Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, KPIs, and business performance analyses to senior management.

• Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and strategic insights to support decision-making.

Strategic Support

• Partner with leadership in business decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

• Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects, investments, and expansion initiatives.

Education & Experience: 
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance. 
Language & Technical Skills: 
• Excellent communication skills in English or Chinese (mandatory). 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills. 
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial systems. 
Core Competencies: 
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and business acumen. 
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. 
• Preferred Qualifications: 
• Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, or fast-paced service industry is a strong plus. 

• Salary: Negotiable
• PIT Healthcare after 1 year.
• Other benefits according to Vietnam Law will be discussed during the interview.
