FINANCE MANAGER

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and Company Management.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, and cost control; identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making.
• Lead, develop, and manage the Finance & Accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• Substantial management experience in Finance, Audit, or Internal Control.
• Background in professional audit firms is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and accounting management.
• Languages: Fluent Mandarin Chinese, Good English is advantages
