FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Financial & Accounting Management: Direct all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing accounting functions to ensure compliance with VAS and Group policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial/management reports for the Board of Directors and Group HQ.
• Internal Control & Audit: Implement control procedures, manage internal audit plans, and coordinate with external auditors to mitigate risks.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide financial insights and cost analysis to support business decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance/accounting department to achieve operational excellence.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
• Substantial management experience in Finance, Audit, or Internal Control.
• Background in professional audit firms is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting and accounting management.
• Languages: Fluent Mandarin Chinese, Good English is advantages
