Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for Sales (Fruit) high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
- Working location: TP.HCM
- Salary: 15-25mil/ Month
- Working time: 8:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

MAIN DUTIES:
- Develop and expand the Chinese market and other potential export markets, particularly for tropical fruits like durian, seafood, and other agricultural products.
- Manage and optimize relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets, conduct market research, and provide feedback on product market demand.
- Update client orders and sales progress in a timely manner.
- Negotiate business terms with clients in China, sign contracts, and manage product delivery and transportation matters.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payments from clients and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely exports that meet customer requirements, especially using land transportation.
- Familiar with export logistics, especially land transportation, to optimize logistics efficiency and cost control.
- Integrate supplier resources, coordinate transportation and customs clearance processes, and provide customized logistics solutions.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products to customers while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of export trade processes, including customs documentation, regulations, and procedures in both Vietnam and China.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and adjust strategies according to policy changes to avoid delays and additional costs.
- Stay updated on market and regulatory changes, adapting the export strategies to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Job Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in export sales of home appliances products. Experience in the Chinese market is a plus.
- Professional Knowledge:
- Familiar with export processes, customs policies, and logistics.
- Strong sales expertise and vendor resource management. - Key Competencies:
- Strong communication and relationship-building with Chinese clients.
- Excellent market analysis and adaptability to Chinese market dynamics.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of land transportation logistics and ability to optimize solutions.
- Effective coordination of logistics, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of Vietnam-China export trade and customs policies.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset. - Languages: Proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken). Chinese is preferred.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic international market.
