EXPORT BD DIRECTOR (Building Material)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Building Material Industry who is looking for EXPORT BD DIRECTOR (Building Material) to develop and execute sales strategies to expand our business into new international markets. 

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Salary: 70mil-100mil VND (Gross) + bonus sales
• Report to: General Director

Main Duties:

• Set up new International Sales Team.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential customers and market segments for expansion.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company's building materials portfolio (panels, etc.).
• Generate qualified leads through targeted prospecting activities.
• Close B2B deals through effective negotiation and relationship building.
• Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction is a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience in International Sales or Export Sales, ideally within the building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of international project sales channels and processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Superior interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients across diverse cultures.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, while also collaborating seamlessly within a team.
• Experience in business travel and attending trade conferences is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is a must.

• Salary: 70-100million VND (Gross) with performance-based bonuses.
