DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR

Responsible for overall strategic planning and business management of the company

Participate in project development, evaluate potential deals to expand business

Represent the company at senior levels of business and government in Vietnam

Develop and maintain strategic partnership with local authorities and developers

Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement

Bachelor degree and above in related majors

Similar experience as Deputy CEO/ Deputy General Director in real estate companies is a strong plus

Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

Good connection with authorities and developers in the North

Strong business acumen and leadership skill

Good English communication
