Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for Country Representative high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Conduct initial research on Cambodia’s national policies, government initiatives, logistics market, and industry competitors.
• Oversee team development, daily operations, and overall management in Cambodia; design and execute localized strategies to meet business objectives.
• Develop and nurture a local client base, with a focus on international express and supply chain services, to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with headquarters and other regions to optimize international express and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency and service quality.
• Lead and manage the local team in Cambodia, building a professional and efficient team to drive continuous growth and development.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with solid expertise in international express services and supply chain management.
  
• Familiar with international express processes including pickup, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery; capable of integrating resources and optimizing supply chain solutions.
• Strong abilities in communication, coordination, and negotiation, with the capability to handle complex market dynamics and challenges.
• Basic proficiency in Chinese and/or English (4 skills).
• Highly responsible and professional, with the flexibility and commitment to travel and take on overseas assignments.
