COST CONTROLLING MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for COST CONTROLLING MANAGER high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

• Work at: Dong Nai
• Report to: Finance Director
• Manage: 3 members
• Salary: up to 50mil gross

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work in conjunction with factory and relevant departments to ensure maximum profitability.
• Provide critical assessment of all budgets and costs for factory and platform departments.
• Collaborate with factory to strategize ways to minimize production waste and loss.
• Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts to factory profitability.
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
• Work with relevant departments and propose clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.
• Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved annual Budget.
  Prepare and Analyze Sales and Material Margin report and forecasts by weekly and monthly updates.
• Prepare of annual budget, forecast, and Cost Management plan including updates for approval by Top Management.
• Follow up and Control the Annual Budget. Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved annual Budget.
• Provide budget updates in such form and with such details as may be requested by the Top Management
• Inventory management and Follow up of all production issues and monitor their cost impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in manufacturing cost control.
• Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, SAP system (must).
• Fluent in English

• Salary: max 50mil gross + benefits
