Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Hospitality industry who is looking for Commercial Director high qualified candidates for position at the moment.

  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh 
  • Time: Flexible (1.5 days off per week)
  • Salary: Negotiable

MAIN DUTIES:

I. Business Development:

1.1 Customer Development:

  • Identify and build relationships with target customers and partners;
  • Expand customer channels;
  • Analyze competitors and develop market expansion plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and address customer-specific needs.

1.2. Customer Service Management:

  • Build strong customer relationships;
  • Ensure service quality and timely issue resolution;
  • Implement CRM systems and exceed customer expectations.

1.3. Team Development: Plan staffing structure, support recruitment and staff development;

II. Marketing

2.1. Branding & Marketing Collaboration:

  • Develop brand identity and communication strategies;
  • Ensure consistent brand implementation across platforms;
  • Support internal staff in marketing execution.

2.2. Public Relations:

  • Organize events and manage media relations;
  • Handle communication crises when necessary.

III. Strategy & Report

3.1. Strategic Planning:

  • Analyze internal and external environments to support strategic planning;
  • Propose strategies for revenue, products/services, and distribution channels;
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and performance indicators.

3.2. Strategy Implementation & Monitoring:

  • Advise leadership on implementation and tracking;
  • Assist in budget planning and cost control;
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance and market feedback.

3.3. Processes: Ensure compliance with internal procedures and suggest improvements; promote tech application in workflows.

3.4. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Produce regular business reports;
  • Analyze performance data to recommend strategic changes.

IV. Other Duties: Carry out tasks assigned by executive management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven experience in managing Sales and/or Marketing departments.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in premium services (F&B, or multi-channel B2B/B2C sales.)
  • Certificate in senior management training programs.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Fluent in English (Good at Korean is a plus).
