CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Logistics industry, is looking for Chief Accountant high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Duong
• Working time: 8h00 – 12h00 & 13h30 – 17 h30, Monday to Saturday

MAIN DUTIES

1. Accounting Management:

• Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Supervise accounting books, transactions, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Review and approve journal entries and financial reports.

• Manage all tax declarations and finalizations, including VAT, CIT, PIT, and other statutory taxes.
• Ensure strict adherence to Vietnamese accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Liaise directly with tax authorities, independent auditors, and external consultants during audits or tax inspections.
• Monitor regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on company operations.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall corporate financial health.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and drive financial efficiency.

• Establish and maintain internal control systems across all financial operations.
• Formulate and streamline accounting policies, SOPs, and financial workflows.
• Ensure systematic filing and archiving of all statutory accounting records.

• Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial data integrity and budgetary control.
• Support strategic business initiatives through targeted financial modeling and evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Chief Accountant Certificate is required according to local regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably with experience in SMEs.
• English or Chinese communication (is a must)
• Experience managing full-set accounting and tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience working in logistics, e-commerce, or service companies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
