CEO (Automation)

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in Automation Industry who is looking for CEO to develop and execute sales strategies to expand their business: 

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh city
• Working time: Monday - Friday
  
• Salary: 100mil VND (Gross) + bonus sales
• Report to: Chairman (Vietnamese)
  
• Interview: 2 rounds
  
• Products: Electrical and automation system integration
  

In this vital role, you will:

• Develop and oversee the company's overall strategic plan
• Organize, manage, and control business operations to achieve established revenue, profit, and other business goals
• Oversee recruitment, employee development, and other activities
• Develop business and marketing plans and manage staff to ensure optimal results.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, preferably in Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in operating and managing all departments of a company. A strong background in Commercial (Sales and Marketing) gained through roles such as CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Commercial Director is required.
• We prefer candidates with experience selling products to manufacturers in the Industrial or Food, Beverage fields.
• Ability to develop and implement a growth-oriented business strategy.
• Proven track record of business success, understanding of economic contracts, finance, and law (opportunities, forecasting, KPIs, etc.).
  
• Business acumen and financial literacy.
• Strong organizational, goal-setting, analytical, and planning skills.
• Enthusiastic, with a high sense of responsibility and discipline, and the ability to handle high pressure.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.

• Salary: 100 mil Gross + bonus sales
