ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in securities industry who is looking for high qualified candidate for C&B OFFICER position at the moment.

Working Location: Dis 1, Hồ Chí Minh

1) Job Purpose

- Assist Head of HR in implementing the compensation & benefits for company. To be an back-up for HR Compensation & Benefits (payroll part)

- Ensure the HR Operations excellence is performed timely 

2) Principle Accountabilities Describe the key activities that you are expected to achieve. Start with the most important Outcomes/ deliverables targeted

- Accountability Supporting Activities Outcome/ deliverables

 HR Operations:

- Responsible for the day to day delivery and administration of Brokers/Introducers and life cycle processes for supported areas including in/out activities, transferring, performance review, etc

- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring full compliance of Brokers/Introducers files physical and digital as well as overall record keeping.

- Ensure Brokers/Introducers life cycle changes and contract details are record appropriately.

- Calculate commission for Brokers/Introducers and make payment to them on accuracy and timely manner.

- In-charge of Retail Brokerage performance review monthly/ quarterly.

- Ensure Compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by meet deadline given Local Authorities

- Learns all aspects of basic payroll and benefits backup. As on request.

Social Insurance for all employees 

- Ensure Compulsory Insurances and other HR reports as required by the applicable law and meet deadline given Local Authorities

- Learns all aspects of basic payroll and benefits backup. As on request.

HR Projects Management 

- Assist in HR Projects (HRIS System, KPI & BSC, Job Description , Job Evaluation, Performance Management, C&B Policies…) as assigned As on request.

 Other related HR activities & HR project management 

- Other local reports as/ when assigned/ required On time and correct

3) Scorecard Dimensions (indicate data relevant to your job)

Job Requirement

Qualifications & Competencies

Qualification

- University graduation, Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting is preferred.

- Minimum one – two (2) years’ relevant experiences

- Demonstrated written/verbal communication skills

- Ability to think critically and problem solve

Competencies

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently or teamwork to meet deadlines

- Good user of MS Office and numerically inclined

- English fluently

- Job Knowledge and Technical Expertise
