BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Real Estate)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that Real Estate industry who is looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER position high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working Location: Ha Noi.
• Report to: Head of Business Development Department.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sourcing for real estate or land investment deals in the markets.

2. Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of interested projects.

3. Prepare any approval papers for investment approvals.

4. Regularly conduct competitors and catchment research.

5. Plan and implement real estate market research.

6. Develop good relationships with private companies or government bodies for developing potential investment opportunity and negotiate with them, if necessary.

7. Process data and provide inputs for market research reports.

8. Maintain, update, and expand the database on real estate market in Vietnam as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic factors.

9. Keep abreast with developments in real estate and related fields.

10. Produce real estate market presentations.

11. Maintain good information flow with other departments.

12. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

• Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance or relevant.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience as Business Development for real estate company.
• Specific skills/ abilities: Must be able to prepare project feasibility studies.
• Personal qualities: Able to communicate with all levels of the management, energetic, assertive and able to achieve bottom line result.
