ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Crowdfunding Platform industry who is looking for Business Develpment Manager  high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Work at: Hanoi
• Report: City Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide fundraising support services for patients in need, guide patients in publicising their campaigns, and help them raise money needed to cover medical treatment and living expenses
• Recruit and build a localised team to cover local hospitals, establish and maintain a network of strong relations with hospital staff to facilitate continuous work in hospitals
• Establish and operate social media accounts to continuously increase user growth and platform reach  
• Have strong execution skills, result-oriented, good at taking on challenges, have strong desire to succeed and is ambitious
• Be upright, honest and reliable, enthusiastic, kind-hearted and passionate in helping others, share the company’s values
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills and logical thinking skills
• Able to adapt to the rapidly evolving Internet industry, energetic and have the ability to perform well under pressure 

• Has over 3 years Sales experience and has experience in managing sales team
• Familiar with hospital or patient
• Have strong execution skills, result-oriented, good at taking on challenges, have strong desire to succeed and is ambitious
• Be upright, honest and reliable, enthusiastic, kind-hearted and passionate in helping others, share the company’s values
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills and logical thinking skills
• Has experience in internet industry, energetic and have the ability to perform well under pressure
• Fluent Chinese or English (not required for candidates who have extensive experience in this field or similar jobs)
• Experience in medical equipment Sales or relationship with hospital is an advantage

• Salary: Negotiable.
