BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Real Estate industry who is looking for high qualified candidates for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR position at the moment.

• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Report to: CEO
• Take care: 8 Staff

Main Duties:

Director of Business Development is responsible for administering, managing and controlling the operation of the Division in an effective way to increase the business performance of the Division.

- Conduct market researches;

- Propose product briefs;

- Perform feasibility studies;

- Perform pricing reviews and profitability reviews;

- Valuation of land parcels;

- Generate quarterly market update

1/ R&D:

Develop and implement a market survey and assessment plan to detect non-residential property trends and needs in Vietnam;

Propose to build and develop new products;

Develop a budget for product and service development proposals;

Control the quality of research and evaluate the feasibility of projects owned by the Company.

2/ Business Development:

Partnership with land & Asset owners, Developers, Operators and Tenants;

Prepare the annual financial plan and budget.

3/ Project Valuation:

Perform pricing analysis and financial input to the strategic plan, including annual budget, period forecast and funding requirements;

Prepare project plan, complete project feasibility study ad investment project proposal.

- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Business Administration.

- At least 10 years’ experience in Real Estate.

* Technical competency:

- Strategic visions on investment directions and business development of the Company;

- Deep knowledge about research & development and property;

- General knowledge about HR (human resources management and relationship development), leadership and coordinating the work, resources;

- Understand the needs and tastes of customers in the real estate market.

- Fluent in English.
