BRANCH MANAGER – LCL CONSOLE

Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Logistics industry and is looking for Export Console Manager high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

• Working location: Tan Binh, HCMC
• Salary: 2.000 - 2.500 USD/ Month
• Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday) & every other Saturday Morning
• Report to: BOD

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of Business Development activities, with a primary focus on growing LCL export/import volumes.
• Build and expand relationships with local freight forwarders and key logistics partners.
• Identify new markets, develop strategic sales plans, and close new business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the branch’s day-to-day operations, including sales, operations, and customer service.
• Drive branch P&L performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability.
• Work closely with overseas agents and HQ (India) to align commercial strategies.
• Recruit, train, and manage local team members to support business growth.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all company standards and regulations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong background in LCL consolidation.
• Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Solid understanding of the Vietnam freight forwarding market and strong network with local logistics players.
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
