SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Red Orange's Client is a leading company specializing in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) & Catering Services industry and is looking for a qualified candidate for the Senior Operations Manager (Catering) position at the moment.

• Working location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (with frequent site visits)

• Working time: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

• Salary: Negotiable 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and transform the Catering Operations into a strategic business driver to support company growth.

• Oversee daily operations, manpower allocation, and service stability across assigned catering sites/kitchens for 1,000+ staff.

• Control operational budget and DB1% targets, managing labor costs, overtime, food/supplies, and equipment.

• Monitor contractual SLAs/KPIs, ensure service quality, and handle critical customer escalations.

• Ensure strict QHSE compliance and execute timely CAPA to prevent recurring issues across all sites.

• Coach and develop Site Managers/Project Managers, building a strong leadership succession pipeline.

• Drive Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the catering portfolio.
  
  

• Over 15 years of experience in Operations, with at least 5 years in team management/leadership.

• Experience managing large-scale operations with 1,000+ staff; prefer candidates with experience in Catering, IFM, Hospitality, Manufacturing, or Logistics.

• Strong capability in client relationship management, people management, and operational processes.

• Adaptable to fast-paced transformation environments and strong change leadership.

• Vietnamese nationality; fluent in business English.
