Our client - a premier multinational logistics corporation headquartered in Hong Kong and China with a robust direct office network across five Southeast Asian countries, Red Orange is currently seeking dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join their team as Sales Logistics (USA & Canada Routes) with the following details:

  • Position: Sales Logistics (USA & Canada Routes)

  • Salary Range: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND (Base salary) + High Commission

  • Start Date: ASAP (As Soon As Possible)

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) | Lunch break: 1.5 hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Client Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Actively research, identify, and acquire new clients (including Shippers, Consignees, and Forwarders) specifically for the USA, Canada, and China trade lanes.

  • Turn the company's regional network advantages and competitive market rates into successful sales closed.

2. Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and regional partners.

  • Ensure steady business growth and customer retention through dedicated support and excellent service.

3. Solutions Consulting & Pricing Strategy

  • Provide tailor-made, optimal logistics solutions based on individual customer requirements and shipping demands.

  • Closely monitor market trends and ocean/air freight rates to provide accurate route suggestions.

  • Work closely with internal pricing and operational teams at various branches to maintain highly competitive pricing for clients.

4. Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track daily sales activities, pipeline updates, and target achievements.

  • Participate in professional internal training sessions to update knowledge on Import-Export and Logistics regulations.

Job Requirement

1. Professional Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales Logistics, with a strong focus on or exposure to the US/North America market.

  • Having an established personal customer base or existing partners on the USA/Canada routes is a significant advantage.

2. Core Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

  • Good command of English (both speaking and writing) to smoothly coordinate with multinational clients and overseas branches.

  • Proficient in standard office applications and computer skills to manage customer data effectively.

3. Behavior, Attitude & Professionalism:

    • Serious, hard-working, proactive, and highly self-driven to achieve and exceed sales targets independently.

    • Maintain a professional and orderly working environment; respect the company's regulations, office hours, and team discipline.

    • Possess a strong team-player spirit, collaborating effectively with local and international branches to handle shipments smoothly.

    • Show a high level of respect toward superiors, colleagues, and clients; maintain a positive, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
