Red Orange is a company specializing in supporting Enterprises with HR solutions including recruiting senior personnel, training/training from Gurus in Vietnam market and related consulting packages. We are committed to becoming a prestigious unit as a One-stop Shop for HR for domestic and foreign partners. In order to make the upcoming activities more effective, our BOD of ROTalent is expanding a team of associates for the position: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT or JUNIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT to bring together services and solutions really quickly and effectively. Please see the details below:

  • Working place: Sophie Building, 277B Đỗ Xuân Hợp, Phương Long B, Dis 9, HCM city 
  • Working time: Monday - Friday (8am - 5:30pm)

Job description:

*Recruitment consulting according to customer's request (70%) specifically:

  • Receive information on recruitment requirements of ROTalent customers.
  • Analyze vacancies and evaluate candidate sources using databases from LinkedIn, social media, and more.
  • Appraise and evaluate candidate CVs through phone and face-to-face interviews - selecting the most suitable CV to send to customers for review.
  • Professional bridge between candidates and employers in the whole working process (Send resume - Interview - Candidates go to work in 2 months probation - Take care of candidates)

*Developing a new customer system and taking care of old customers (20%):

  • Find out the recruitment needs of customers.
  • Professional advice on job market and practice for Clients
  • Define job description and job requirements
  • Care & add value for customers.

*Building personal brand & participating in community activities related or suitable according to the career development orientation & needs of Recruitment Consultant (10%)

Job Requirement

  • Experience: Priority will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources industry (if have no experience, candidate will be training by the company)
  • Attitude: proactive, progressive, persistent, positive thinking
  • Skills: Priority is given to candidates who tend to be good listeners, have analytical skills & logic in work, have effective teamwork skills, not afraid to work under high pressure


  • Benefit: Negotiable according to ability (including monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses)
  • Other policies according to the company's regulations, discussed in detail in the meeting
