On 8/6/2021, we successfully held the first online workshop in the Leadership Series Through Uncertainty. All the challenges were discussed openly and advised by our trainer Thijs Van Loon to help people get more work done even though we work from home.

Working from home can be a blessing and a curse. Let’s look at some tips and action item from our last online workshop:

Positive side:

- We get to choose the time and place where we work,

- Set ourselves up as comfortably as we can.

Negative side:

- It is harder to stay motivated,

- You have to deal with the kids

- You get easily distracted

- You also find it challenging to work alone and not get encouragement from our colleagues.
