MARKETING MANAGER (Digital Education)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Education Industry (Marketing field)  industry who is looking for MARKETING MANAGER position high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working Location: HCM
• Report to: Marketing Director

1. Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote Company Branding & Communication (including all sub-brands ie. the company.) align with company’s vision and mission.
• Be in charge of PR & content, Creative (design & video), Digital, Marketing functions and teams.
• Be responsible for quality of news, articles, videos etc. on various channels such as press, fanpages, landing pages, websites… and ensure they are up to date.
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing communication plan, promote brand identity and awareness.
• Work with market research findings, identify and reach target audiences.
• Generate creative solutions, produce excellent both print and electronic communication materials and digital advertisements.
• Collaborate with strategic partners (MOET, Youth Union etc.) for joint programs.

2. Other tasks

• To be assigned by Marketing Director.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics etc).

2. Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in the same position preferably in education industry.
• Experience in managing a diverse team of 7-10 members.

3. Other skills:

• Profiency in English is required.
• Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams.
• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand.
• Proactive and able to promt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure.
• High level of integrity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Salary: Negotiable.
• Salary review: Once a year.
• Healthcare insurance, social insurance & unemployment insurance (following Government regulation).
• 24/24 Insurance (In Vietnam).
