MARKETING INTERNSHIP

ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in the training/ GURU management industry, looking for a high qualified candidate for MARKETING INTERNSHIP position at the moment.

• Working Location: HCM city 

• Working type: Online or Offline 

Main tasks: 

+ Content/ SEO through social media

- Monitor SNS accounts (FB, IG, Youtube channel, Tiktok): 3 days/week.

- Build and update terms and conditions for the community.

- Create Frequent Ask Question, get answers from the client and update to the FAQ.

- Answer questions/ comments based on FAQ.

- Remove inappropriate comments (sexual, political, personal offensive, commercial, spam ...) and give fans a warning message.

- Ban fans who have been warned for more than 3 times and still repeat unappropriated behaviors.

- Interact with fans' comments on social content, show appreciation and encourage fans to contribute more into the conversation.

- Monthly reporting on:  competitors activities, page performance.

+ Youtube: Trailer, Guru PR, Customer Experience

+ Support CRM: 2 days/week.

+ Others will be assigned by direct project leader

- Fresh graduated or have experience 
- Know graphic design/video edit /content development is a plus.
