ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in MANUFACTURING industry who is looking for LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR position high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Manage & develop company organization chart with identifying company culture and promoting employee satisfaction.
• Manage & implement L&D activities.
• Manage & execute the process of Succession planning, Promotion and Talent & Key resources development.
• Initiate, implement other projects & assignments by Supervisor.
• Other ad-hoc activities as requested by Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Good at Microsoft office (Excel & Powerpoint).
• Good speaking and writing in English.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Dynamic, energetic & willing to learn.
• Innovative & positive thinking.
• Photoshop & design ability is preferred.

• Salary: Negotiate (30.000.000 - 40.000.000 VNĐ)
