ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in LOGISTICS industry who is looking for HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Set up HR Processes, regulations; and develop HR policies/activities/benefits and compensation to meet the short and long-term business goals.
• Be responsible full spectrum of recruitment, training & development, payroll, and internal communications/Employee entertainment activities.
• Play a role as advisor for BODs, leaders on the matter of recruitment practice, successor planning, monitoring performance appraisal/management.
• Be a project leader of building KPIs, Competencies and coordinate review sessions of monthly Balance Score Card.
• Ensure compliance of HR process/policy of Subsidiaries/Joint Venture.
• Be responsible for HR team performance.
• Other tasks are assigned by Group CEO from time to time according to Business goals.

• BA Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration
• At four-year experience in HR general and two-year experience as role of supervisor/manager.
• Proven track-record at Organization Development.
• Strong communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Confidential; and can-do attitude.
• Business awareness.
