Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the Fintech industry and is looking for a HR MANAGER high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.

  • Working location: Tan Binh Dist., HCMC
  • Working time: Monday - Saturday
  • Report to: CPO (Vietnamese)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. 
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics 

Job Requirement


  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Manager role in the Technology and Finance industries.
  • Extensive experience in recruitment, particularly IT/sales mass recruitment.
  • Proven experience working in companies with 350+ employees.
  • Experience in implementing employee performance evaluation systems and developing HR policies (salary policies, benefits policies, etc.).
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics, fluent English.
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws, HR regulation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities in startup environment.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Detailed oriented and budget management experience.
  • Ability to identify organizational development needs and deliver relevant coaching or training as needed.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a growing and evolving organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
