Job Description

Red Orange\'s Client is a company that specializes in Garments industry who is looking for HR Generalist to support our client HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient prodution operations.

  • Work at: Ho Chi Minh City
  • Report: Managing Director (Indians)
  • Working time: Monday - Saturday

The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • CO-Operate with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment & selection by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts; acquiring talents; maintain talent pool. 
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and payroll administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Manage PIT finalization, PIT audits, Labour audits when required. 
  • Manage Learning & Development: Identify training needs, manage training & development plan.
  • Organize training and raise awareness for employees about occupational safety.
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • 05 years of experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the Garment industry.
  • Strong in Labor Law, recruitment, C&B and experience working in a startup environment is an advantage.
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Fluently in English communication. 


  • Salary:  1.500 USD Gross+ Benefit.
