Red Orange's Client is a company that specializes in the IT industry and is looking for an HRBP high qualified candidate for the position at the moment.
- Working location: Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Salary: max 30 mil (Net)
- Report to: P&L Manager
MAIN DUTIES:
- Recruitment & Talent Development:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process, addressing any blockers and enhancing candidate experience. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the competitive ecommerce market.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, employee performance, and turnover rates. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize HR strategies and improve organizational performance.
- Company Culture Building:
- Develop and promote a culture focused on efficiency and tangible results rather than just fun and games, balancing productivity with employee satisfaction. Implement initiatives that align with our values and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Design and execute initiatives to foster a positive and engaged workforce. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Team Health Management: Ensure the quantity and quality of personnel meet the company's evolving requirements. Partner with managers to address staffing issues and succession planning to support business growth.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business (P&L) and HR functions including Talent Acquisition (TA), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and Administration (Admin) to achieve HR goals set by the CEO and P&L Lead. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to drive cohesive HR strategies.
- Change Management Support: Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and communication strategies to employees and managers. Ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.
- Learning and Development Strategy: Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs. Implement training programs and initiatives to upskill employees and align talent development with business objectives.
Job Requirement
- Experience in HR, with a strong background in HRBP roles within fast-paced environments, preferably in ecommerce or technology startups.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to solve problems, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, company culture building, and strategic HR planning.
- Analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
