• Manage: 4 VP

If so, as the COO for Steel product, you will drive operational excellence and profitability in our successful steel fabrication business. We are  owned company with a rich history, but we are innovative in responding to the changing market opportunity. We are looking for a talented operational leader to join us to drive growth and financial strength.

Specifically, you will be accountable to:

• Develop and drive operational effectiveness through processes and leadership that increase profitability and deliver on client expectations
• Empower, lead, manage and hold accountable a team of professionals who deliver our service
• Participate in growth of new business through key client relationships, engineering solutions, and project delivery
• Innovate processes, products, and solutions for clients to remove impediments to growth
• Serve as right hand to CEO to drive overall P&L of the business

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of proven experience in investment (Steel), P&L responsibility, project management and people leadership. This job is about understanding big picture goals, and finding a way to leverage systems and people to make them happen. It's hands on, and hard work. You will lead the executive team to drive growth and accountability.
