Key Responsibilities

• Build and implement activities/policy to monitor and evaluate compliance and quality of implementation of internal regulations.
• Take responsibility for the product operation on the internal audit function's activities in accordance with regulatory standards
• Negotiation and review of various commercial and partnership agreements with different trading partners
• Legal advice to management regarding new strategic initiatives and product launches
• Must always have an eye on the future and must take the likelihood of changes to current regulations into account in giving advice. Stay up to date on the latest regulatory developments
• Assist organizations in the identification and management of IT security risks. Prioritize improvements and conduct compliance projects to reduce risk and improve regulatory compliance
• Establish legal team best practices depending on the size of business
• Have or acquire, where possible, good contacts with the regulator and with Compliance Officers from other companies
• Advising of the standards of compliance prevailing in the business, the results of compliance monitoring, problems and weaknesses in the business and the impact, which proposed regulations would have on the business.
• Responsible for conducting direct training or assisting and/or providing advice in the development of Company training strategies, policies and materials related to Compliance, Financial issues.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in law or related
• Prior experience (7 years) in legal or compliance or risk management functions in banking, finance, accounting or audit
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of technology landscape, data security, digital consumer products.
• Have good understanding banking / consumer finance regulations and products; compliance regime; risk management, Compliance

• Salary: Negotiable
