ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in FINANCIAL SERVICES industry, looking for high qualified candidate for COLLECTION MANAGER position at the moment.
- Working place: HCMC
- Report to: Country Manager
- Manage: 05 – 10 staffs
Key Responsibilities
1. Objective
- Managing the Collection (Phone collection, Outsource Collection management). Be responsible for advising organizations on any potential risks to the profitability, its employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders.
2. Responsibilities
- Provide fulfillment of the collection policy, calling policy, operational targets and KPIs.
- Provide hiring collectors in accordance with capacity plans.
- Preparation and arrange the schedule (shifts) of collectors.
- Manage discipline and daily attendance of local collection team in according with the prepared schedule.
- Research of local market of collection agencies.
- Monitor and improve the performance of soft and hard collection teams.
- Monitor and checking the external collection agencies performance and reporting.
- Coaching of staff and quality of phone collectors’ s conversations.
- Implementation and calculation of incentive bonuses for collection team after the end of month.
- Review and monitor all internal and external collection reports arrange to address key issues / comments raised in these reports in coordination with various business units.
- Provide daily SMSs sending check.
- Provide feedback on ongoing basis to RH about current performance results, action plans, future strategies.
- Preparation of reporting and any other information by management team.

1. Application requirements
- Tertiary qualification (law degree minimum) (preferable with current practicing certificate) with at least 05 years practicing experience. Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Business Management, Mathematics or other relevant industry.
- 03 years and above relevant experience in Collection management with extensive knowledge of Collection processes from conception to completion.
2. Job Requirements
- Able to work under pressure, Strong analytical skill, Teamwork, Excellent communication skill.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to provide specific training on topics based on the change market and business dynamics.
- Fluent English communication orally and verbally.
