CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER (HCM)

ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in Construction/ Real Estate industry, looking for high qualified candidate for CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER (CIO) position at the moment.

• Title: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
• Working Location: HCMC
• Report to: Chairman
• Salary: up to $8000 gross/month

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential strategic real estate investment trends and opportunities. 
• Takes a leadership role in decision making on investments
• Lead the Real Estate team for the company including oversight of acquisitions and development real estate assets.
• Source and maintain equity and debt relationships
• Oversee the documentation of acquisitions and development
• Serve as a key member of the executive management team 
• Lead value creation initiatives through asset management, operational and capital strategies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships and investors partnerships
• Report directly to the Chairman.

• At least 5 year- experience in the same position.
• High degree of honesty and integrity. 
• Strong work ethic. 
• Track record of sourcing and closing successful investment Market knowledge and transaction experience in many major markets in Vietnam.
• Thinks critically and objectively; has excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions independently
• Experience with public and private portfolio transactions
• Experience with public and private development projects including managing a team to respond to RFPs
• Thorough understanding of all phases of real estate acquisition and development transactions including expertise in all associated legal documentation
• Experience in sourcing and closing various financings
• A proven track record of successful investment. 
• Proven debt sourcing relationships.

• Salary: up to $8000 gross.
