• Working Location: HCMC

REQUIREMENTS

- Building top-notch financial workforce for the company with a clear performance management framework and appropriate reward schemes.

- Ensure cashflow management and defining short-term & long-term financial projection/plan.

- Initiative on continuous business performance improvements (based on analyst on organizational operation activities).

- Perform risk management, risk mitigation & financial compliance.

- Being a partner with other business line to support financial management of each of them, and give strong suggestions for optimization and effectiveness.

 - Proven experiences with managerial role in big corporations or complex financial structure

- Excellent knowledge of Finance, in both Vietnamese and International practices

- Data driven mindset, paying attention to details but being able to have an eagle view of the financial situation

- Strong business mindset acumen

- Problem solving by your creativeness and innovation

- Actively take your ownership to fulfill your job scope

- Ability to adapt quickly to business changes and excellent in change management

- Proficiency in English communications
