BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (Chemical)

ROTalent Headhunt's Client is a company that specializes in Chemical industry who is looking for Business Development Executive high qualified candidate for position at the moment.

• Working location: HO CHI MINH
• Working time: Monday - Friday
• Report to: Business Development Manager

Main Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify new market and customer's needs.
• In depth understanding of entire Value Chain for business opportunities.
• Writes Business Proposal/Business Plan and presents opportunity to Management Team.
• Promote new products to potential customers and feedback to procurement team for new product requirements for the Vietnam market
• Maintain close coordination with customer, providing technical support, solving technical problem together with technical team, and training customer on technical subjects when needed
• Generate new leads, cold calling and visiting prospective and potential customers
• Work with HQ in Singapore and continuously update trends and targeted opportunities
• Work with Regional Sales Director on pricing and product strategy
• Performs other tasks required by Management Team/ Deputy General Director

• Education: Bachelor degree in Chemistry
• Language: Strong command of Vietnamese and English
• Computer: Use office computer
• Knowledge: Knowledge about product and application.
• Skill: Good in communication, good in negotiation, under high pressure,… Analysing & Developing technical solutions
• Ability: Team work
• Character: Flexible, active, hard working and proactive.
• Experienced: Over 2 year experience in Sale/Marketing/Business Development.
