SERVICE ADVISOR

ROTalent Headhunt’s Client is a company that specializes in INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY industry, looking for high qualified candidate for SERVICE ADVISOR position at the moment.

Please see the details below:

• Working place: Dong Nai
• Report to: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Receive all customer service requirements, technical inquiries and customers’ complaints.
• Identify customer needs and advise service supplies.
• Create and manage service (and revised/additional) quotations.
• Submit approved quotes to the Service Admin for WO opening.
• Coordinate with Managers, Supervisors and team leaders for job schedules and follow –up.
• Coordinate with advises customers on job completion and service reports..
• Handle WO post survey / transaction survey.
• Assist Service Manager to execute service marketing programs.
• You are requested to participate & contribute as a team member for above responsibilities & other tasks as needed

• Knowledge of Service Department functions with at least 4 year experience in Service Department or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Industrial Machinery Product and Technical Skill.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair, major overhauling and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and demonstrated ability in customer relations.
• HSE Knowledge and Contamination Control
• Software Skill (SIS, ET, SIS Web, Technicians Workbench…)
• Good English: Listening, Written, Reading, Speaking.
• Good computer literate (MS Office applications).

• Salary: 20.000.000 - 25.000.000 VND
